Changing the oil pan and pickup solved the problem. I went to a 20185 Moroso Pan and a Canton 20-013 pickup. I think the pickup did more for it than the pan(the pickup is much more centered in the pan now), but did them both at the same time so can't be 100% sure of that.

Other mods to the car are: CC503, Comp Cams 1.6 Pro Mag rockers(NSA), Comp Cams chromemoly pushrods(7.2"), Trickflow guideplates, K&N CAI, Moroso 20185 pan(5.5qt with kickouts, built in windage tray, and oil control doors), Canton oil pickup, std volume oil pump. stock bottom end with new bearings, 1LE intake elbow, Fel-Pro 1074 head gaskets, stock LT1 heads, SLP SS 17x9 wheels with 275/40R17 tires.
